Alicia Feldman is a QUT based PhD student exploring disparities in research career success between medical staff in the Australian hospital and health service sector. Her research seeks to understand the differing pathways to success, and barriers faced by women and minority groups. Alicia will focus on data obtained from the organisational survey undertaken as part of this project and also work with Rebecca Soole (Metro North) to extract and collate secondary data to assist with quantification of research activity.
