The Metro North Office of Research, QUT and Queensland Health are collaborating on this project to understand what shapes gender equity in STEMM researcher careers within Hospital and Health Service environments.
Metro North Health and Queensland Health partners are crucial to organizationally robust empirical research, and to securing outcomes that will inform policy development and best clinical research practices.
This research collaboration is supported by a Steering Committee and Reference Group. The Steering Committee brings together senior representatives from Metro North Health, Queensland Health and QUT and the Reference Group is made up of clinical and health service researchers and internal stakeholders.

It is a leader in the health sector incorporating all major health specialties and encompassing rural, regional and tertiary facilities. Queensland Health comprises the Department and 16 independent Health Services.
