My research focus on organizational performance and family and individual behaviours in differing contexts and sectors. My past and existing work falls in the fields of sustainability, farming, education, and health. I would like to make further contributions in understanding how people and organizations behave differently and how these affect performances. I am enthusiastic about applying economic and behavioral theories, econometric modelling, and operational research techniques to discover new knowledge to support better decision making. Nurturing young and more junior researchers to conduct high quality research is also my commitment. I am enthused of new learning as well and would like to collaborate to solve industry and social problems. I have learnt so much through publishing 60+ articles in leading international journals, successful completion of several funded research and consulting projects, and supervision of many HDR students. But I am excited to listen to your stories and learn about complex problems that need to be solved collectively. I am one of founding members of the Environmental and Public Policy Group at the QUT School of Economics and Finance. I has been an expert member of OECD's Network on Agricultural Total Factor Productivity and the Environment since its first establishment in 2015. I also a fellow at Center for Efficiency and Productivity Analysis. Lastly, I would like to invite you to submit your exciting research to the following journals where I am in the editorial board: Guest-Editor | Special Issue on Economic Analysis and Policy (H-i 29; Q1 in Economics misc, CiteScore 3.6, IF 2.497) Senior Editor | International Journal of Emerging Markets (H-i 30, Q2 in Business, CiteScore 3; 5-year IF 2.504) Associate Editor | International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management (H-i21, Q1 in Goegraphy, Planning and Development, CitScore Tracker 4.5; 2020 IF 2.645) Consulting Editor | Journal of Education for Business (H-i 46, Q2 in Education and Business Misc; CitesScore 1.6, IF 1.087) Associate Editor | Frontiers in Climate
