Jacob Priddle

MPhil, School of Mathematical Sciences

Jacob is an MPhil student in computational statistics at the Queensland University of Technology. His research interest is in Bayesian algorithms for complex models with intractable likelihoods.  Specifically, Jacob’s research topic aims to develop new, efficient and flexible algorithms for likelihood-free Bayesian inference for simulator models. Jacob is particularly interested in the application of data transformations and how these can be used to overcome the challenges of working with intractable likelihoods.
