Most recently, my career has been grounded in Data Science, concentrating on machine learning and data analytics in the agricultural and biological domains. I have been splitting up my time with two prestigious institutions, Queensland University of Technology and QIMR Berghofer Medical research institute. This has allowed me to gain valuable experience in varied types of data related to gut health, Microbiome data and Avocado vegetation data giving me a platform to strengthen my analytical capabilities developed during my academic training at QUT. To this end, I have acquired essential skills in data analytics and bio-statistics. Consolidating these skills working alongside clinicians provides me with both the technical, scientific, presentation and communication skills expected to bridge the gap between data mining and clinical research.
