The time has come for us to reflect on the achievements, challenges and successes of 2021 and to look ahead to 2022. This event aims not only to showcase each area of the Centre for Data Science but provide an opportunity for collaboration and discussion to enhance the Centre’s activities, programs and initiatives moving into 2022 and beyond.
The Showcase will be held on Monday 6 December, 2021 at Gardens Point Campus in P Block. You will hear from:
- CDS Centre Director D/Prof Kerrie Mengersen
- CDS Research Programs and Domains
- Data Scientist in Residence Prof Rachel Thomas
- Student HDR Academy, and
- Other CDS initiatives and activities
As this will also be an opportunity for discussion and collaboration, there will be time set aside to discuss the presentations and to plan for 2022.
The afternoon will provide an opportunity for Industry Engagement with an Industry Panel discussion, which will be followed by the HDR Student Poster Presentation session and networking in the Cube.
We hope that you will be able to attend this event and we welcome all to participate and contribute to the discussions.
