Higher degree research

In this short video, Professor Belinda Bennett talks about our research and
approach to supervision.
We now offer a Graduate Certificate in Data and New Technology Law. This
program explores the ethical ramifications that accompany the enhanced
capabilities of digital technology and data acquisition, particularly legal
issues around privacy, security, ownership and accessibility of information,
in the context of digital disruption more broadly.
A minor in law, technology and innovation was introduced to our law degree
program in 2019. The minor covers law in areas such as: artificial intelligence,
robotics, 3D printing and autonomous vehicles.
