Cole completed QUT’s double degree program in 2020, receiving a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor’s in Computer Science. As part of an honors thesis project, he worked with researchers at QUT to conduct experiments on consensus control of quadrotor UAVs. This work has continued as part of a current Masters thesis, focused on robust consensus control.
Areas of interest include control of multi-agent systems, networked control, and stochastic systems. Outside of university, Cole has also taken part in the international RoboSub competition as part of SDRobotics101, the only non-university affiliated team to place in the finals.
