Megan is a higher degree research student and part-time research assistant at the Queensland University of Technology. Her thesis focuses on developing a method for the simultaneous automated detection of koala and macropod populations using drone-acquired imagery. Megan has completed a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science) with Distinction and hopes to contribute to robust environmental and ecological models through advanced statistical and spatial analysis.
