You are invited to attend a workshop and seminar by Australian and New Zealand International Ocean Discovery Program Consortium (IODP/ANZIC), part of an international marine research collaboration harnessing state-of-the-art scientific ocean drilling to explore the Earth under the sea. IODP/ANZIC is visiting QUT as we are one of their partner organisations. Director Dr Ron Hackney and Program Manager Dr Sarah Kachovich will present a workshop and seminar about IODP opportunities for researchers and students, such as scholarships, sailing on research vessels, and 55+ years of samples & data.
If your research involves big data, sea exploration, eDNA, geomorphology, or any topic that might benefit from a long-term global dataset of drill cores – this presentation is for you!
