Child and Adolescent Cancer Research Priorities in Australia

Project dates: 01/08/2023 - Ongoing

The scope of my Ph.D. project is to identify the most important research questions where there’s uncertainty or lack of clear scientific evidence regarding child and adolescent cancer associated with individuals diagnosed with cancer anytime between 0-18 years of age in Australia. The project aims to work with children and adolescents diagnosed with cancer and their families/carers and health care professionals who provide cancer care to identify and prioritise research uncertainties and then to determine the acceptance of identified top research questions of child and adolescent cancer by researchers, policymakers, and funders.
