Prof Bluebond-Langner is the inaugural True Colours Chair in Palliative Care for Children and Young People at University College London and is currently being proposed for an Adjunct Professor appointment in the School of Early Childhood & Inclusive Education at QUT. For 40 years, Prof Bluebond-Langner has pioneered the social scientific study of children with life-limiting conditions and now leads the largest concentration of paediatric palliative care researchers in Europe. She is a co-investigator on the ARC project being undertaken by the Paediatric Palliative Care & Support Research Group.
