The teaching tips presented in this section have been carefully compiled to address real issues faced by lecturers and professors, in their teaching practice.  The selected topics have been the subject of thought-provoking discussions among academics, during the weekly meetings of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science School, Science and Engineering Faculty, at Queensland University of Technology.

Teaching tips are presented as single slides, with links to one or two references (see template to the right). The references are given for two reasons. First, to assure the reader that the tips are based on research articles, and not just the author’s own research and reflections (although these are not excluded). Second, they allow the reader to get more details or to probe further.
