The purpose of this project is to evaluate and advise on the impacts and effectiveness of changes to the Graduated Licensing System (GLS). The objective is to to undertake an evaluation of the changes over a seven-year period, including potential impacts on driver licensing and offence rates (linkage and analysis of de-identified Government data) and to gauge young adult, parent/guardian (surveys and focus groups) and other stakeholder (interviews) perceptions of the changes.
