Implementation and Evaluation of the Systems Thinking Incident Review (STIR) Tool for Heavy Vehicle Crash Investigations

The aim of this project is to undertake a trial implementation of the Systems Thinking Incident Review (STIR) tool for heavy vehicle incidents. The trial will involve a 6-month implementation of the tool and a useability evaluation with three Australian heavy vehicle organisations.
