Asha Mathew specializes in biomedical research, focusing on biomaterials. My expertise lies in bio-fabrication, drug delivery, and applying antibiotic coatings to polymeric scaffolds. Additionally, I develop antimicrobial nano-textured surfaces for 3D printed metallic and polymeric implants, catering to both medical and industrial needs. Following the completion of my Advance Queensland Industry Research Fellowship at QUT, I commenced as a VC Postdoctoral Fellow for Women in STEMM at UniSQ’s School of Engineering in October 2023, stationed in Springfield.
