I’m a PhD student under the supervision of Professor Chris Drovandi and Dr Adrianne Jenner. My research aims to establish a bridge between the communities of deep learning and mathematical biology to provide better solutions for improving mathematical models by calibrating them with real-world data. I am interested in likelihood-free or simulation-based inference. Due to the rapid growth of medical data, it is crucial to design a stable, reliable, and fast calibration method to enhance mathematical biology models, such as agent-based models, to gain a deeper understanding of complicated medical problems
