Mandatory public reporting should go beyond the release of CbCRs

 

In response to the release of 12 February 2024 by the Treasury of the revised exposure draft legislation and accompanying explanatory materials implementing the public country-by-country reporting transparency measure, Professor Kerrie Sadiq & Dr Rodney Brown sent a submission to the Treasury in March 2024.
