Congrong He holds a BSc in Atmospheric Physics (1982) from Nanjing University, China, a MSc in Environmental Sciences (1999) from Murdoch University, Australia, and a PhD in Aerosol Sciences (2005) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Dr. C. He had previously worked as a researcher at the Institute of Atmospheric Environment, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Beijing, China for 12 years. The main areas of his previous research were atmospheric environmental capacity and planning, transport of acidic pollutants and transport of aerosol pollutants. He has more than 30 years research experiences in atmospheric environment and air quality. He has been a research assistant/research fellow with the International Laboratory for Air Quality and Health (ILAQH), at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) since 1999.
