The IBIS-Survivorship Study aims to implement and assess the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of a nurse-coordinated model of shared follow-up care for people who have completed treatment for early breast cancer called IBIS-Survivorship. Several hospitals and health services across Australia have been selected to participate in this multicentre, prospective, pragmatic, stepped-wedge cluster-Randomised Control (RCT) trial (Registration Number ACTRN12621000188831).
Who can refer patients to the study?
Only health professionals treating patients for early breast cancer at one of the selected hospitals/health services can refer a patient to the study.
