Questionnaires
Whether you receive IBIS-survivorship or Usual follow-up care, a member of the study team will contact you as you start the study and at 6 months and 12 months after the completion of your primary treatment to ask you to complete questionnaires so that we can find out about your health and healthcare experiences. The questionnaires will take about 20 minutes to complete online or a little longer if you choose to respond by telephone.
Interview
If you indicated your interest when you consented to the study, the study team will also contact you 12 months after you commenced on the trial and ask you to participate in a one-off, individual interview to find out about your experience of participating in the trial. This interview will be audio-recorded to allow the study team to reflect and analyze the interview data at a later date. The interview should take no longer than 30 minutes.
