Zoe Ryan BA (Hons) is a multi-disciplined artist, designer, illustrator, researcher, and PhD candidate in the Urban Informatics Lab within the Queensland University of Technology. Specialising in subversive deconstructive design methodologies, their radical intersection of experimental practice is supported by over 15 years of experience within the creative industries space. Zoe is currently employed as a sessional academic within the Interactive and Visual Design disciplines in the QUT School of Design and devotes their time to education and research within ontological philosophies, focusing on game systems, interactive art, tangible media, identity and gender politics, queer theory and design for social change.
