Background:
Ben has completed his Bachelor in Exercise and Movement Science while working/coaching in semi-professional sport for the past 7 years. His experiences include coaching Rugby Union and Powerlifting athletes at National and International levels. His research focuses heavily on exercise and environmental heat stress and neuromuscular function. In particular, how research and practitioners can develop a betters understanding of how heat impacts training loads, performance and recovery in team sport athletes.
