    PhD Student - Menstrual Cycle and Women's Health in Esports

    Riley has been an ESSA accredited exercise physiologist since graduating from QUT in 2019. She has worked as a women’s health exercise physiologist at Pear Exercise Physiology, with interests in exercise oncology, and helping people to manage invisible illnesses such as endometriosis, chronic fatigue, and dysautonomia syndromes. Riley completed a Master’s in Medical Research at Griffith University in 2023 as part of the iHop research group, where she investigated how exercise-related harms are reported in oncology research. She is currently undertaking a PhD at QUT, with a research focus on the application of women’s health practice in esports contexts to manage the health and performance of female esports professionals.
