Find Remco Polman on
Remco is the Pro Vice-Chancellor research and Executive Dean for the Institute of Health and Wellbeing at Federation University. Remco’s research is focused on psychology and esports performance, and wellbeing of the e’athletes. This includes the development of self-regulatory skills, psychological skill training and the role of sleep. He is also interested in coaching strategies and behaviours in esports (how do you make e’athletes better performers).
