    Motorsport and E-Racing

    Justin completed a PhD in 2018 with a focus on the examining the role of hydration status on motorsport performance. Justin is a Senior Lecturer in Exercise Physiology in the Sport, Exercise, Health and Physical Education discipline at QUT. Justin currently supervises 11 Higher Degree by Research students including PhD and Masters students. Justin’s work extends across the clinical and sports science areas with research projects currently in rheumatology and oncology. With a passion for motorsport and evidencing the physicality of motorsport Justin is currently working with national and international researchers to further sports science in this field. With the growth of e-racing Justin is developing projects with industry partners to promote pathways from e-racing into motorsport.
