
Ethan is a PhD candidate at QUT’s School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, specialising in esports performance enhancement. He has a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons) with experience in sports performance research. Combining this with his passion for esports, his current research focuses on caffeine’s effect on shooting performance in first-person shooter esports. By investigating various caffeine doses and sources, Ethan aims to provide evidence-based insights for informed decision-making regarding caffeine consumption within the esports community.
