Integrated Energy Systems

Program mission

Integrated Energy Systems program will focus on the design and optimisation of integrated energy systems by incorporating diverse energy sources, storage solutions, asset and operational management, and smart grid technologies to achieve maximum efficiency, resilience, and seamless energy flow and distribution. Due to its focus on integrating various energy production and storage technologies, the IES is well suited for interdisciplinary research across a wide range of TRLs.
