Thesis:

Relation-Centred Inquiry: Designing for Position Exchange in Families

This research is about designing technologies for parents and adult children after children leave home. Designed playful and interactive participatory methods to engage parents and their children in conversations about their relationship and their interactions through technologies. After this, there was exploration of the role that a conversational agent would play when fostering interactions between them through an instant messaging application.
