Thesis:

I’m interested in supporting the strengths, design ‘voice’, and human agency of individuals who are often overlooked in the process of technology design. My research interests span digital health, disability and diversity, mental health, and emerging technologies e.g tangibles.

I am a final-year PhD student, under the supervision of Professor Margot Brereton, Dr Bernd Ploderer, Dr Laurianne Sitbon and Associate Professor Beth Saggers. My thesis is entitled ‘Co-Design Beyond Words with Minimally-Verbal Children on the Autism Spectrum’, in which I co-design conceptual, technological, and methodological outcomes with minimally-verbal children on the autism spectrum.
