Morag has been a food journalist/critic for more than 10 years, and is currently the Queensland restaurant reviewer for Qantas Magazine and Qantas Travel Insider. Her PhD in Journalism investigates how digital disruption transformed the role of the food critic. Her research interests include: user-generated content; restaurant reviews; restaurant critics and food culture. She is a sessional academic in Media and Entertainment units in the Creative Industries and Business Faculties at QUT.
