Amanda Levido is a PhD candidate at QUT’s Digital Media Research Centre. She holds a Masters of Learning Innovation and a Bachelor of Creative Industries/Bachelor of Education, both from QUT. Her research focuses on the implementation of Media Arts in primary school settings. She is interested in how teachers will work within the curriculum guidelines and what pedagogical approaches they apply. She is also interested in how and what students learn through Media Arts. As a qualified teacher, Amanda has spent considerable time in schools, both as a teacher and as a researcher.
