Digital Media Literacy Research Group

This research group studies people’s media diets and media use. They investigate how media are made and spread, and explore people’s attitudes toward media activities. This group measures people’s media literacies and abilities. They also identify the roles that media play in people’s daily lives, identify sources of media literacy support and address negative aspects of media, such as issues related to privacy, representations, & information quality.
