Digital wellbeing is about the impact of digital technologies on what it means to live a life that is good for a human being. We are a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research group. We lead a participatory and human-centred research response to explore digital wellbeing risks and opportunities for technology design. Through our research, we envisage a future where all digital technology is co-designed with end users for their social, mental and physical wellbeing.
