Veronica is one of the Queensland leaders for Aurecon’s global Innovation Team. She is passionate about helping leaders and their teams create powerful visions for the future and designing agile strategy to bring them to life.
She uses arts and design based inquiry to curate engaging experiences that generate insightful solutions and distinctive value. Her work at Aurecon focuses on consulting, experiential design and facilitation, creative leadership, project scoping and stakeholder engagement.
She is also a researcher in the field of arts in business, with a focus on the use of arts and design based methodologies in business leadership and strategic design.
She draws on a broad influence of experience which includes arts policy and education, recruitment, and public administration in local and Queensland government.
The question at the centre of her work is: How do we foster a co-creative culture that supports innovation?
Change is happening at a rapid pace. The transformation required of business and of individuals takes imagination and an intention to change how we think, how we relate and how we approach complex situations.
Building a better future is going to take a big collective imagination. It’s going to require all of us to maximise our creative potential.
