Adj Prof Jim Gall

    Jim Gall, B Sc (Hons) Australian Environmental Studies, GU, B Arch (Hons1) QUT, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects

    Jim Gall is Director of Gall Architects and Adjunct Professor of Design at QUT. He was Deputy Chair of the Toowoomba Regional Council’s Urban Design and Placemaking Panel.

    Jim is experienced in all areas of architecture working broadly in Sustainability, making use of his Environmental Science background. Jim also explores the ongoing social, economic and cultural impacts of design, to provide places that are both sustainable and sustaining.

    Jim’s awards include the Queensland Multi Residential Award, the F.D.G Stanley Award for Public Building and the Harry Marks Award for Sustainability.

    Jim brings strong graphic and visualisation skills to consultation and design processes.

    His current work includes: climate change adaptation strategies, sustainable tourism, urban development strategies and multi-residential projects.
