Wearables – The value of rapid prototyping approaches

Over the years Dr Rafael Gomez has developed a track-record of utilising industrial design skills and knowledge around rapid prototyping and creative design processes to design and develop wearable technologies for the medical/health field. In this presentation he will present some of these projects with a focus on the Non-Invasive Respiratory Helmet design in collaboration with QUT Science & Engineering Faculty and The Prince Charles Hospital.
