Researchers at QUT and the Children’s Brain Cancer Centre invite you to attend an art exhibition about experiences of childhood brain tumour.
This exhibition includes creative contributions from families, clinicians from the Queensland Children’s Hospital (QCH), community support services, and researchers.
We hope this exhibition will ignite a community-wide conversation about the experiences and needs of families who have a child diagnosed with a brain tumour.
This free event is family friendly. All are very welcome.
Dr Timothy Hassall— Eminent Staff Specialist QCH, Lead Clinical Investigator and Co-Director Children’s Brain Cancer Centre—will officially launch the exhibition at 5pm on Tuesday 26 September.
This exhibition is bought to you through the Healthcare Excellence AcceLerator (HEAL) collaboration, a partnership with the QUT Design Lab funded by the Healthcare Improvement Unit at Clinical Excellence Queensland.
