By request, QUT Design Lab presents “Ask a Professor” – where you can bring questions to a different experienced academic, each month.
Greg Hearn is Research Professor in the School of Design at QUT. His research examines social, business and future workforce issues in the adoption of innovation.
He is a lead researcher in the Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing Hub and a Chief Investigator in the ARC Training Centre for Collaborative Robotics in Advanced Manufacturing.
His co-authored books include The future of creative work: Creativity and digital disruption (2020: Edward Elgar); Creative graduate pathways within and beyond the creative industries (2017: Routledge); Creative work beyond the creative industries (2014: Edward Elgar); The knowledge economy handbook (2005 and 2012: Edward Elgar); Knowledge policy: Challenges for the 21st century (2008: Edward Elgar).
Professor Hearn will be available to for one hour to give you and overview of his academic journey, and provide any guidance he can on advancing yours!
