Organised by the Queensland Division of Australian Association of Gerontology, be inspired as local and international speakers share the latest in research, policy, and practice.
From exploring the potential of #theatre, #dance and #intergenerational programs in diverse care environments, to panel discussions and hands-on workshops on #photography and creative engagement therapy, the symposium will highlight current best practices, tensions and opportunities to address unmet needs.

16 local and international speakers including QUT Design Lab’s Professor Evonne Miller will share the latest in research, policy, and practice – from a hands-on workshop Creative Engagement Therapy (CET) to using photography in aged care, and learning about how technology, theatre, and the arts can engage children and older people with more humane patient-centred care.
