The first special edition in almost a decade to explore exploring Australian theatre design has been released, guest edited by QUT Design Lab member Tessa Rixon. Published by Scene (Intellect Books), ‘Australian Scenography’ explores all facets of our national theatre and performance design practice, education and research. This special edition brings together traditional academic papers, along with perspectives from leading Australian design practitioners, on the state of Australian scenography.
