Elias is Technical Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation) for QUT gender-focused projects in Papua New Guinea. He is based at the Oxfam Goroka office in the Eastern Highlands Province. Elias has a wide ranging skill set around field data coordination and data management. He is particularly experienced in audio-visual monitoring and evaluation techniques with extensive skills in photography, videography and video editing. Elias has facilitated photo voice training with community partners across Papua New Guinea. Through current research projects he supports community-based organisations in capturing and communicating the impact of their work.
