Sharon’s career since coming to Australia has been varied in order to better understand the health care system here but it has given her the opportunity to develop good relationships and have a better understanding of the needs of each area she has worked in these include Residential In reach, HARP, TCP, Subacute GEM , In patient palliative care unit , Clinical nurse educator and project management for palliative care consortium. Sharon is delighted to be working with the PEPA aged care team and hopes to inspire and motivate the participants she meets to provide excellence in care through an education experience that will value their roles and support them through a valuable placement experience with mentorship at the forefront.
