
Mays is a National Project Coordinator for the End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) project. She has extensive experience nationally and internationally supporting people from diverse backgrounds through her work in various healthcare settings, including intensive care and palliative care. Mays is skilled in navigating complex healthcare systems and has successfully implemented programs in remote and rural areas. As part of the ELDAC team, Mays uses innovative tools to empower aged care organisations to develop high-quality end of life care for older Australians and their families at the end of life. She has a graduate diploma in leadership and management and is completing her MBA. Mays’ role in ELDAC allows her to leverage her leadership skills, compassionate care, and project coordination to enhance the organisation’s approach to palliative care.
