
Kerrie is an experienced nurse in the oncology, haematology and palliative care space. Kerrie has worked in both inpatient and outpatient areas in cancer nursing in Queensland. Recently, Kerrie has worked on a large NHMRC funded Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) trial and a Queensland Youth Cancer Service (QYCS) research project into clinical trial availability for the AYA population. Kerrie is currently a Research Nurse for the Cancer Survivorship program within the QUT Cancer and Palliative Care Outcomes Centre. Kerrieās interest lies in contributing to improving outcomes for cancer patients in the research sector as well as enjoying process implementation for clinical trials.
