
Katherine has worked across a variety of health and research settings for over 10 years and completed her PhD in Psychology at QUT. Her research background centres upon digital inclusion and equitable health service provision to underserved communities, in particular, LGBTIQ+ and Multicultural Multifaith communities. Katherine believes that effective service provision and workforce education surrounding underserved communities help to redress inequities, thus providing more inclusive and accessible healthcare services. She currently works as a Senior Research Assistant at the QUT Cancer and Palliative Outcomes Centre with the Palliative Care Curriculum for Undergraduates (PCC4U) team where she supports the collection and analysis of research data focused on providing impactful and effective palliative care education to undergraduates.
