
Diana is a national Project Coordinator for the End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) project based at QUT. As part of the ELDAC facilitation team, Diana supports aged care providers across Australia to provide best possible quality care for older Australians and their families at the end of life. Diana is an experienced nursing clinician with a background spanning the acute care, home care, palliative care and residential aged care sectors. As a Registered Nurse, Diana has held a variety of roles including clinical, nurse education, aged care management and care coordination. Diana was a Project Coordinator within the Linkages team for ELDAC’s predecessor project, Decision Assist. Diana is passionate about supporting care services to be the best they can in the provision of care to individuals and families. Diana values her facilitation role which allows her to build strong working relationships with health and aged care services to identify opportunities and then support the process of transformational change to deliver optimal care.
