2022 QUT Centre for Materials Science Future Materials Symposium
We are pleased to invite you to the second “Future Materials” Symposium organised by the Centre for Materials Science.
2022 Full Symposium Program
The symposium will held at QUT on 28th November 2022. The symposium is an exciting opportunity for students to present their latest findings and exchange their ideas with the intention of fostering new collaborations across QUT.
ECRs and HDR students will presenting their work in three categories:
- Oral presentation
- Poster presentation
- Pitch battle
Our Guest Speakers:
- Dr Vanessa Lussini – Reserve Bank of Australia (PhD graduate 2019)
- Dr Supre Ponnappa – Australian Science Policy Fellow, Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (PhD graduate 2020)
- Dr Harikrishnan Magarabooshanam – Structural Engineer, Scottsdale Construction Systems (QUT PhD graduate 2020)
- Dr Jawahar Nerkar – Director Battery Technologies, Magnis Energy Technologies (QUT Research Fellow 2014-2021)
