Biography:
Rosemary is a Lecturer of Property Studies at the Department of Survey and Lands, Papua New Guinea University of Technology, Lae, Papua New Guinea. She is a practitioner-turn-academic with about two decades of industrial experience in the field of property management and urban valuations. Her research works, focus on innovation districts and the likes covering the topics of evolution of innovation districts, multidimensional classification of innovation districts, performance assessment of innovation districts and innovation district typology.

Investigating the Relationships between Innovation District Typologies and Performances: The Case of South East Queensland
PhD Research Summary:
The aim of this research is to investigate and identify potential factors and indicators for composing a holistic typology framework to classify contemporary innovation districts. The framework will have multidimensional characteristics of innovation districts including broad contexts. This holistic framework will be tested to determine any relationships between innovation district typologies and their performances in a particular geographical context using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
