Freya Russell represents CIIC and the QUT School of Biomedical Sciences at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Open Day

CIIC postdoctoral research fellow Freya Russell represented the Centre for Immunology & Infection Control and QUT School of Biomedical Sciences at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Hospital and Conservation Day on the 24th August 2024. Freya, who works with Professor Ken Beagley at CIICĀ  collaborating with Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary through the research and development of a Chlamydia vaccine for koalas. It provided an opportunity to meet with lots of students and participate on a panel about careers in wildlife research.
